MozStock — This document describes how we handle the information of our customers and system users.
All your store data — products, sales, customers and staff — stays exclusively on your computer. We do not send, collect or have access to any of your business information.
1. Data Collected
MozStock does not collect or transmit any business data from your store. All data (products, sales, customers, staff) is stored exclusively on your local computer. Personal information is only collected when you create an account or complete a purchase, as described in the sections below.
2. License Activation
For license activation, the system collects the Machine ID of your local computer. This is used solely to bind the license to the authorised computer and is not shared with third parties.
3. Contact and Support
When you contact us (WhatsApp, email), you may share information such as your name, phone number or issue description. This is used exclusively to provide technical support.
4. Cookies and Tracking
The MozStock website may use basic analytics cookies (e.g. Google Analytics) to understand site traffic. We do not use cookies for personal tracking or advertising.
5. Data Security
Your business data stays on your local computer. We recommend regular backups to protect your data against hardware failure or other unforeseen events.
6. User Rights
You have the right to request information about data we may hold, and to request its deletion via info@mozstock.app.
7. Account & Sign-In
When you create an account, we collect your name and email address. If you sign in with Google, we receive only your name and email from your Google profile — no other information is accessed. This data is used solely to manage your account and purchases, and is not shared with third parties.
8. Purchase & Payment Data
When completing a purchase, we collect your full name, business name, city, phone number and email address to process your order and deliver your license. For bank transfer payments, your order details are shared via WhatsApp for manual verification. For card payments, you are redirected to a secure third-party payment processor — we do not handle or store your card details. The payment processor's own privacy policy applies to card payment data.
