Terms and Conditions of Use
1. License
The system is provided under a lifetime license, valid exclusively for the authorised computer (Machine ID) and tied to an Activation Key. The license grants permanent use rights with no monthly fees, limited to the number of contracted computers.
2. Usage Rights
Installation on unlicensed computers, resale, sublicensing, assignment, sharing, distribution, copying, modification or reverse engineering of the software is strictly prohibited.
3. Activation & Binding
The license is tied to the Machine ID. If the computer is replaced or reformatted, re-activation must be requested from the supplier. Fraud attempts will result in immediate license cancellation without refund.
4. Support and Updates
Initial 3-month technical support is included for bug fixes and essential updates. Additional features may be offered as optional paid services.
5. Backup and Liability
The customer is solely responsible for periodic backups. The supplier is not liable for data loss resulting from power failures, viruses, hardware defects or improper system use.
6. Limitation of Liability
The supplier is not liable for indirect financial losses, loss of profits, business interruptions or consequential damages. Liability is limited to the amount paid for the license.
7. Intellectual Property
The system is the exclusive intellectual property of the supplier, protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. Any copying, modification or reverse engineering is strictly prohibited.
8. License Cancellation
The supplier reserves the right to suspend or cancel the license, without prior notice, in case of misuse, fraud attempts or violation of these terms.
9. No Refund Policy
All sales are final. No refunds will be issued once the purchase is completed and the License Key and Activation Token have been delivered. By completing the purchase, the customer confirms they understand and accept this condition. In the event of a verified technical issue, the supplier will provide support to resolve it, which does not constitute grounds for a refund.
